About Me

Hi, I'm Louis Forsyth; a professional Music Producer and Mixing Engineer.

I started my journey into music production when I studied a Songwriting and Music Production degree at the University of Hertfordshire. I was drawn to this because although by that point I already had extensive experience in the world of live music (having played guitar since the age of 5, and also picking up double bass, piano and bass guitar along the way which resulted in a multitude of performances from rock concerts to orchestral tours), I had never delved into what it really took to create the music I loved listening to on the radio or through my headphones. 

 

After graduating my university course with a first class degree in 2021 I decided I wanted to grow my production skills further. This led me to their Masters degree solely focussed on Music Production. I graduated from this in 2022 with Distinction.

Since then I have been working as half of PASES on productions for various artists, as well as our own original music.

 You can find examples of this music on my Portfolio page. A combination of these songs and my enthusiasm for making amazing original music are what has developed my strong reputation for delivering high quality, emotive productions.
